I create wheel-thrown sculptural vessels inspired by Asian ceramic forms. My work explores the interplay of form, fire, and surface through soda firing, wood firing, crystalline glazes, and experimental surface treatments. Each piece reflects an ongoing interest in both traditional pottery techniques and the unexpected effects that emerge through the firing process.
